Let me introduce myself...

Bee Nguyen, Realtor®

After finishing my graduate degree at Georgia State University, I became involved with real estate and received my license in 2005. My love for Atlanta is the foundation for my love for real estate. Real estate in Atlanta is particularly exciting because we live in a young city that has not yet reached its full potential. The changes in this city happen daily; to be able to be part of this experience excites me and makes me proud to call Atlanta my home.

I work with both buyers and sellers and specialize in intown Atlanta. I am a proponent of intown living and believe that living in this city is both a wise investment and an exciting cultural experience. I especially love to work with First-Time Home Buyers because helping somebody find their first home is a fulfilling experience.

I currently live in Decatur and enjoy writing, playing tennis, intown festivals, and dogs! I would love the chance to help you discover your own Sanctuary!  Contact me>>

Learn about Atlanta

Capital of the New South, Hotlanta, the City Too Busy to Hate – whatever you call it, Atlanta is one happening place. Among its offerings: a rich heritage, a booming business climate, the Braves, vibrant nightlife, top restaurants, a leading technology university, the busiest airport in the world, and of course, all things Peachtree. All the activity of city life is perfectly complemented by wide, leafy streets, ample expanses of green space, and residents who take the time to greet each other – just one of the ways traditional Southern charm is still alive in this bustling metropolis.

At Sanctuary Real Estate, we’re proud to call Atlanta home. We have a finger on the pulse of what’s happening in real estate throughout the city’s top neighborhoods, from Buckhead to the Highlands, Ansley Park to Edgewood, so wherever you end up, you’re sure to stick around for a while, just like we have.
